Weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs in a day, so it fluctuates a bit day by day too. I’d say that or water weight is what you’re experiencing.

There is no way you can lose 3 pounds of body fat or muscle mass in 4 days.

Most people eat WAY more on the weekends than they do during the week.

Once a few weeks have gone by, you’ll see your natural body weight rhythms.
