So I decided to start counting my calories because I’ve been really unhappy with my weight and just trying to eat healthy and exercise isn’t cutting it. I bought a scale on Sunday and have been weighing myself first thing every morning since then.
On Sunday I weighted 131.6. Each day I’ve gone down several tenths of a pound and I now am at 128.6 on Thursday. Is this for real or is it just water weight? I’m confused as to how I could lose weight that fast. I’ve been using My Fitness Pal and with eating my exercise calories staying around 1500 calories per day (more than that if I’ve exercised).
This just doesn’t seem like a small enough amount of calories to be losing at least .5 lbs per day. This just seems to good to be true! Do you think this is real weight I’m losing?
