(Closed) Lost My Motivation

I am in the same boat girl!  I lost 50lbs in highschool, 8 years ago.  It was super easy then because of my teenage metabolism.  Now, not so much.  I have gained 20 lbs. since that weight loss, and I am trying to lose between 10-15 to get to an ideal weight.  I feel like I am putting in 3x the effort now with very small results. 

In the last couple weeks, I have gotten hard core about strength training with cardio and it is seeming to work.  I also do Zumba and this one instructor nearly kills me every time, but it is a lot of fun. I’ve thought about making a workout journal for myself so that throughout the week I can keep trying to top the workout before.  We’ll see… Good luck!
