Congratulations!!  I just started weight watchers this week and hope to loose 20+ lbs in the next 6 months before the wedding.  I know how hard it is to keep up the motivation and stamina to do it.  6 lbs is huge, congratulations.

Congrats! Keep up the good work…sticking to your good habits is tough, but it’s ten times harder to get back on the wagon if you let yourself slip. I reward myself with gold stars on the calendar on days I work out and eat sensibly; makes the kid in me very happy πŸ™‚

Celebrate the great work and continue on that path of success!!! 

Cold weather is the pits.  Try doing some form of exercise (i.e. running in place, jumping jacks, sit-ups, etc.) during commercials.  Just think you’d get about 15 minutes or so per hour at least!

Six pounds is great! Congratulations. 

I have a confession: I lost six pounds when I went to gym religiously in October and November… but Christmas came around and it’s been freezing (like you said) and I’ve been eating nonstop for a month, and I haven’t been back to the gym! I’ve put it all (and then some) back on! So there’s your motivation to go the gym. Don’t be lazy like I’ve been, because now I have to start back at square one! πŸ™‚

Congrats!!! I’m working towards 12 in the next two months I started last monday and lost 3 pounds… a great start wii fit is the only thing helping me!!! It just makes me want to lose more!

@alaiyo: honestly wii fit! I do 30 mins a day at least. I’m starting to work up the time slowly, I havent worked out for years and I dont diet. so starting the wii fit was a big move for me, I mean I have it why not use it! I also just started to watch what Im eating cutting down on the snacking is hard but I’m trying!

Congrats to all u ladies for loosing pounds! I’m also happy to share that I’ve lost 18 pounds in about 3months! I’m so proud of myself…. I’ve been eating healthier, smaller portions with a lot of water. But one other thing that has definetly helped is a natural supplement called ALCACHOFA! Let me tell u ladies, it works! I was going to the gym as much as I could but I have back problems and wasn’t always able to do it. When my Doc told me about ALCACHOFA I decided to try it, and its been helping… So I do recommend it! Good luck ladies with ur weight loss. Keep up the good work and remember it’ll be worth it!
