I didn’t see that.. That’s really juvenile.

I remember those posts- the OP clearly put a lot of time and thought into those STDs….not to everyone’s taste, fine….but so many posts were OTT uncalled for and cruel, spiralling into instagram and slut-shaming. FWIW I thought her STDs were awesome and she sounded like a fun, free spirited person.
As for going onto the OP’s instagram- and more recently on here, someone went onto the OP’s wedding website and FB page……taking things off weddingbee to mess with someone’s life is a particular brand of nasty and fucked up.
‘Attack’ is often euphemism for those who no longer have the privilege of their right wing conservative views being the only voice allowed in the conversation.

my favorite is when someone completely misreads something you wrote, judges you, name calls you, and is generally a douche bag. Oh, and they didn’t read what you actually wrote. Like, the words. aHH..THANK God it seems so few far and in between.

I totally agree with this. The FB log on name was actually quite frightening as we all saw. Please don’t beat yourself up though. You tried to help 😀

Can someone please say what exactly was so frightening about the FB login name? PM please if you don’t want to say it publicly!

Her real name was her username on here. Someone used that to find her wedding website and post nasty comments in her guestbook. They then found the Maid/Matron of Honor who the OP was talking about and posted on the MOH’s Facebook page, posting the link to the thread.
It was a really nasty, unacceptable move. Who does that?

I completely agree! People need to remember that there is always a kind way to get your point across, and someone is more likely to take your advice if you were polite about it. Don’t agree with something? Fine, you don’t need to belittle someone in order to express your opinion. It’s truly not that hard to be firm on your opinion without being nasty.
