Please disregard previous post with the same name – I posted it in the wrong place!
I’m very excited! I ordered my bridesmaid’s dresses today! They are J Crew’s Evie in dusty shale. All my girls have gorgeous figures (much better than mine!) so they will look wonderful in these. My colours are sage/duck egg blue and ivory. Anyone else wearing this style or doing their wedding using these colours? Share pics if you are! I’d love to see them!
Reception Venue: Stunning clifftop lodge overlooking the coast
Flower ideas: but in greens and whites

@zippylef: That’s super helpful- thank you for that tip!
Everyone else- thank you! I’m on such a high this week. We went and chose our registry items on Saturday (that was such a fun couple of hours) and finalised the invitations. First hair trial next Friday. So many things are getting ticked off now, it’s a great feeling isn’t it!

I love, love, love that color for your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. Your wedding dress is so pretty too. I really like that it’s not strapless.

Everything is gorgeous…especially your dress! Congrats!!

Beautiful!! That is an amazing venue. My ONLY worry- how flowy are the dresses (like, will the wind from the cliffs be blowing their dresses up??) I was in a wedding once where us BMs spent the whole ceremony trying to avoid flashing the crowd lol. You might want to go to the venue and check it out- you can have little weights sewn into their dresses if the wind is typically strong.

@MrsPeachMartini: That’s a great idea thanks! We are getting married in a church and having the reception there. The meal will be inside the lodge, only drinks outside. Wellington is well known for being ridiculously windy – especially on a clifftop!
