Honestly?  One of the best books I’ve ever read.
The cheesy parts where they tell you how much it helped other people was sort of pointless, but when the book got down to business, it really got down to business.
I honestly believe it’s one of the best books ever for relationship talks, expectations, and for helping you both get on the same page.

He wants to re-read it every year for our anniversary and liked it so much that my tough manly man recommends it to most guys he meets in a serious relationship/marriage.

I have heard VERY good things about this book from my sister-in-law who read it and loved it. I plan to be purchasing it soon. 🙂

I am reading “For Women Only” it talks about how guys would rather be respected than loved and girls loved over respect, along with many other things. My FH is going to read the guys version “For Men Only

I might have to add the one you mention to my list!

We plan on reading it around the time we are required to do our pre-marital counseling. = ) I can’t wait. I hear it’s really good!

This was an excellent eye opening book about what men and women really value in a relationship and how it also differs. It was perfectly ok for me to think, I will respect him only if he deserves it but if he were to say I will love her only if she deserves it , that would be  appalling. Turns out, most men value respect how women value love….my man sure does.

I liked the conference series…it added so much to the book.  We are going through it before our engagement….it helps to talk things through…it gives a great start to discussions.
