Do any of you bees have some suggestions.
I really love the look of a blue pump with my wedding gown. I usually wear slingbacks or strappy sandals. I have bought only a couple pair of pumps ever, but my heel always slides out of the back. I am a size 7, 7.5
I have bought a pair of Tahari in 7.5, Marc Fisher size 7, and Linea Poalo (Nordstroms) size 7. They all do it.
Does anyone else have this problem? What to do?

do you have really narrow feet or something? if so, try looking for brands that run in N’s. otherwise, i would say, just keep on trying brands…some of my shoes give me this problem and some don’t, it really just depends on my feet+the construction of the shoe. otherwise, try sticking something like this into the heels: http://www.amazon.com/Foot-Petals-Heavenly-3-Pack-Accessory/dp/B000J3AEOU/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1261851392&sr=1-10 not only does it decrease pain, it makes it less likely for your heels to slip out (i use them all the time).

Sometimes my feet will slip out of some pumps. I was going to suggest using the cushioned petals for the back of your shoe too. If you buy shoes at Nordstrom, they will usually give them to you for free (a generic brand) or you can buy them near the register. They have saved my feet tons of times.

Foot petals are amazing! I like wearing the ones on the heel of pumps!

I have the same problem, and I think it’s because my feet are so narrow. I normally end up going a half size smaller which helps, but then my feet end up killing me after a little while. Another option is to try to find something with a strap that goes around your ankle.

I’ve often wondered how those foot petals work (I must not buy classy enough shoes, haha, I’ve never been given a pair!). 🙂

Anyone know what chain-type of stores have these instead of buying online? Thanks!

Target has a bunch of heel inserts. I have this problem too, but I don’t know if the grippers make that much difference for me, honestly.
