This is the room our reception will be in.
It’s SO beautiful!
I love bright, fun colors. Our wedding reception will be in early June. I love this color scheme,
Do you think it would look okay? I love love love these colors!! I want to use blue mason jars, and have red flowers in it. I’m not sure about the table clothes. Thinking white, but I want a table runner too. What color?
So, yes or no? Would it work?

Hmm, I think it will be hard to make that color scheme (or any other color scheme) very dramatic in that room, I don’t think it will clash or anything though. It will most likely still look really nice- just not very dramatic.

I think the colors will look ok as PP said they won’t clash. But since the room looks more modern (with the art and the over all grand look of it) I don’t think the mason jars will go with it IMO.

Those colors will look great in that room. I say go for it, and really play those colors up.

Absolutely it will work. And so pretty too! Your room is neutral, you can use any color scheme you want.
I would use white tablecloths as that lets the color of your mason jars and flowers pop.
Your first inspiration boards shows a burlap runner (I think) and the second just a white cloth . Both look great. I would stay away from a blue or red runner. I might get brave and use a striped fabric runner to bring all the colors together.
But remember, it’s all only personal preference.
You can see that blue cloths also look fabulous!

@julies1949: Neat idea. I never considered a striped one. I think you’re right, it would really pull all the colors together.

The room is, essentially a neutral backdrop. The art has both of your colors in it. I think you’ll be really happy with how the room looks. Go for it!

I think it will work, but, i do think they will kind of blend in… so it just all depends on how you feel about it… definitely though, they will work:)

I think the colors will look just fine with the room. I wouldn’t worry about it at all.
