@cbee: I also will eat plain yogurt and add my own fruit/honey/cereal. It’s ALWAYS lower calorie/sugar.

Also, sugar substitutes and processed foods will make you retain water. Your body’s nature defense mechanism is to retain water when there are non-food like things in your system. Drink tons of water and eat real food in it’s most simple and natural form.

I always go the all natural way. I find I like the taste better and when you opt for full fat stuff you don’t need nearly as much of it. (I eat half a serving of full fat plain yogurt for part of my breakfast–a full serving would make me WAY too full!)
