(Get ready to have a lot of people tell you it’s water weight, which I hate because that’s what the initial poundage is on ALL diets, not just LC…)

Congrats! I did LC & didn’t gain the weight back after I upped my carbs. I still don’t eat grains for the most part, but I eat plenty of sweet potatoes & squash & other veggie carbs.

Congrats!!! That’s awesome. I’ve been doing a low fat, low sugar/carb diet for a month and have also lost 10 pounds. It feels great!
