Weight in the midsection or not, you are beautiful, your smile is amazing and you look like a happy and kind woman.  I’m happy to hear it’s not all the time that you feel this way!!  Someones weight does not make them beautiful OR ugly, it doesn’t matter either way.  Their personality and the light in their eyes and the happiness in their smile makes them beautiful.

@futureMrsMason:

You are beautiful & your Fiance obviously thinks so, too, or else he wouldn’t be marrying you!

Even if you really were ugly, honestly, we all get old and ugly anyway, and then we die. What really matters are our hearts.

I’ve known some people in my life who I initially thought were unnatractive but then I got to know them and they shone the most beautiful radiating light on everything… Now I think they are some of the most beautiful people in the world and I feel so blessed to know them and have them in my life.

You have probably known people like this, too. Try to be one of these people. Just try to be love: do good deeds and try to always see the best in everyone. If someone is hurtful to you, just know that they are afraid of something and this is why they are attacking you.

I go through bouts when I feel fat and unnatractive, too, but it honestly isn’t worth it. Just be the best you can be. They have cute clothes for big girls. If you wish you were slimmer to have more energy or to be healthier, do things to have more energy & to be healthier but don’t do it solely for your looks because you look fine. God doesn’t make mistakes.

It is not your fault.  Self Esteem has everything to do with how we are raised.  You two are really cute!  I love that horse in the picture – he looks so sweet.  Just remember, “those that matter don’t mind, and those that mind don’t matter.”  I think you look great.

I knew this girl in college who was shaped a lot like you and men loved her.  I mean, they loved her.  I just wanted to mention that.  If you want to lose weight for yourself, think about it in terms of “what nutrients do I need today,” that has really helped me change my focus, so it is not so much pressure on how I look.  Good luck, dollface!

You know, I know exactly how you feel about wanting to be the ‘perfect woman’ for your Fiance… I’ve been with my SO for almost two years, won’t be seeing him again until next summer. I never understand why he chose an average-looking Indian girl in England over some of the gorgeous stunners there, and I think he’s downgraded…

My self-esteem is a result of crippling previous relationships which were very abusive in many ways. I don’t know if I will ever get it back on track. But I don’t know how to fix it. If there is one thing I can do, it’s that I’m sorry you feel that way and I fully sympathise with you…

You are gorgeous! And your fiance sounds super sweet and supportive.

We all have body issues we’re hung up on. I happen to have thunder thighs and calves. I would kill for yours! I’ve learned how to dress my thighs the best possible way…meaning absolutely no skinny jeans, wearing shirts that don’t end right at the widest part of my hips, drawing attention upward with a brighter top/intricate neckline and pairing it with a dark bottom, etc. It goes a long way!

If you carry most of your weight in the middle why not try a flowy top? And then show off some leg! You gotta work with what you got! Or as Stacy London always suggests..”empire” waisted tops/dresses where the waist is right under the boobs and then it flows out from there. It’s amazing what a difference the fit of clothing makes.
