So, let me start off by saying that my SO and I have a great relationship…. Ever aspect is near perfect except for in the bedroom.
The problem is he has a very high sex drive and I don’t! We have sex once a week on average, and he could definitely have it everday where as I could be fine going a month with out.
This isn’t such a problem where it is driving us apart, but I can tell it bothers him at times and I feel sad and upset with myself because I can tell he gets a little hurt sometimes when I turn down his advances.
I just want to work on this, I just don’t even know where to start.

sex is like a board game, sometimes it takes a lot to get into but once you’re doing it, its really fun and if you focus you win!

have you had your blood tested? Maybe there’s a reason for your low sex drive? Do you eat healthy and workout?

SAME situation here!!! I think my low sex drive is a result of my birth control though…and maybe the stress of wedding planning. Hopefully, some bees have some good advice/tips.

Do you happen to be on horomonal birth control? Many women experience loss of sex drive an a side-effect of horomonal birth control (which is a little ironic, isn’t it!). I will admit, I’m very sesitive to the horomones!
If you are, it might be worth it to try a different method, espcially if you’re on the pill! A localized method such as a horomonal IUD or the Nuvaring ensures that your body is absorbing the lowest possible doses of horomones, and rather than coarsing through your whole body (like when you’re on the pill!), the horomones stay localized since they’re released where they need to be (near your reproductive organs!).
It might be worth a trip to the doctor, to discuss your other options, if BC is part of the problem!

Are you on birth control/ have you recently switched? a lot of people are heavily effected by their bc.

Unfortunately, I can’t chalk this up to BC. I have never been on BC before. I also workout 5xs a week, and eat healthy 90% of the week.
However, I have been chronically stressed out for the past year and a half. I am sure that is a major factor into this.
I wish my naughty bits would wake up! Haha.
