We’re going to Jamaica from VA.  Airfare’s not too bad, and we’re going to stay at a hotel instead of an all-inclusive… Tensing Pen is the name of the resort; check it out, it’s beautiful!

Fiance and I went to St. Thomas last August for 5 days for his sisters Destination Wedding.  The airfare/hotel cost about $1225 for both of us, which would leave you plenty of $$ to do things on the island!!

We are going to Key West for 5 nights.

I seriously doubt we will end up spending more than $2500 including airfare. For our budgeted hotel, airfare, and meals; we’re sitting at a little over $2000.

Hotel: $139/night + tax = $781

Flights: $400 each = $800

Food: $100/day = $500 (I think this is a high estimate.)

TOTAL: about $2100

We’ll probably do a few activies while there that haven’t been accounted for, should be an “under $2500” honeymoon.
