nikbee :  Dont even waste your time responding to her. There’s a difference between stating a differing opinion and being down right rude.  Starting a thread to make fun of someone? Who does that??? Very elementary.

im really confused with the beginning of this thread…. was it deleted at one point and then reopened??

in other news, i think these are beautiful, would i spend that kind of money to make STD, NO. But its your money, do what you want with it. Maybe people here are salty AF that they cant have a 30k wedding…… who knows, different strokes for different folks…

I am wow-ing at how creative you are!

I could dream up the ideas to do something like this, but wouldn’t be able to bring it to life like you have.

I really hope you recap your wedding because I am so interested in seeing that!

Don’t let others bring you down!

You need to add this to pinterest, you’ll get a bunch of followers and maybe a side gig! Maybe without your info but cool!

What is lucite?

your wedding sounds like it’s gonna be awesome. your guests are lucky ducks! heck just the water dancers sound phenomenal. I hope you post a recap with photos and preferably video!

I have no idea why people are getting so strange about this. there are bees on this forum who literally spent over 100k on their wedding!

as an aside.. 0.66% of $30k is about $200. are you not counting shipping costs?

These are truly beautiful- the packaging as well as the STD design.  Personally, I keep STDs displayed until we get the wedding invites, then I add the STDs to a keepsake box, I never bin STDs.

I just got a lovely private message, from the O.P., on my response to the “other/deleted thread”, where I said as a guest, I would expect good hosting, after receiving a save the date like that. Perfectly normal expectation, as invitations (StDs can be informal) are supposed set the level of hosting and formality, for the event.

Her message:

“You would EXPECT good hosting? Well my guests will want for nothing and it will be a spectacular blow it” (her spelling).

“I’m just glad I don’t know you. You sound miserable.”

Just wondering if all the posters, who weren’t 150% effusive/supportive, got the same kind of message?

2XMOB :  I’m surprised you’d stoop to posting someone else’s private message publicly. That’s seriously not cool for such a petty disagreement.
