First off, frozen meals are usually pretty high in sodium and preservatives, so it’s a good thing you’re sick of them Smile

I like to make a massive salad every Sunday night (lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, carrot, corn, red onion, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, avocado etc etc) and then take nice big portions of it throughout the week (I take the dressing to work and leave it in the fridge so the salad doesn’t get soggy). I supplement it with either some poached chicken/turkey breast, turkey bacon or ham. Also, healthy snacking is great – I take a morning snack of nuts and cheese and then have an afternoon snack of raw vegetables, or some yoghurt. It’s all really easy to prepare and takes no time at all.
