I’m going to have two macaron towers on my dessert table (basically a croquembouche of macarons). My wedding colors are dark red, chocolate brown, and ivory. The baker has given me the option of making the towers either all one solid color (so one red raspberry macarons and the other chocolate macarons) or both with alternating rows of color. There is no price difference. What do you guys think would look best?
