I received a card in the mail yesterday. The return address was a person I’d never met, and the card was from Macys. This mystery person had bought me four Lenox wine goblets…which were never on my registry! Apparently, the goblets ship on February 23rd.
Ummmm…does that mean that Macys mixed up my registry with someone else? Obviously, the person who is supposed to be receiving these goblets isn’t going to get them. Will those people, then, be receiving something from my registry that THEY don’t want? And how do we fix it?
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you handle it?

I would call Macy’s. We are registering there, but have only chosen china.
However, we did register for some small items for our engagement party, at Target.
I logged online and noticed that there were things we did NOT register for, such as a huge pack of diapers. LOL –

Call them! They just had a registry site switchover and that probably affected it. I’m sure they’ll pay return shipping.

I would call Macy’s they are pretty good about working with you. We received a bunch of dishes that were shipped to us and some were broke. We brought them back in and exchanged them for new ones.
