It finally worked!  Ok, now I’m going to upload the closeup of the mocha belt – fingers crossed!

@love it:  You look  A M A Z I N G!!!  It already looks like it fits you perfectly!  Do you have a petticoat or a slip on underneath?  The dress looks like it has that perfect fit-n-flare going on!  I tried on a size 10, but I ordered a size 6 so it was hard to get a “feel” for how it’s truly going to fit me at the bottom.

@karolinakruncher:  Retail price of Geneva is $1145, standard alteration charge of $125, Mass state sales tax $68.44 = $1338.44.

I already know I will be selling my Geneva dress, so it will be available after May 29, 2011 for any interested in buying a used dress.  I am 5’6″ and I ordered a size 6 in ivory/mocha.

@kmurphy13: AWWWW! So glad you posted pictures of yourself in the dress.  You look amazing too!  I love this dress!  I tried on the size 6, but ordered an 8.  I hope I didn’t order too big, I just want the corset to be pulled tight as close as it can.  I didn’t have anything on underneath the dress pictured above.  I also ordered the ivory/mocha.  I love the mocha belt.

I am still unsure about a veil.  I will probably do some type of flower in the hair and a veil for the ceremony.

I just tried on the dress in Mocha and loved it! I really want to see the white dress though. Does anyone have any pictures? Is the ribbon around the waist white?

This dress is beautiful. I just tried it on and am planning on ordering it soon. Does anyone have pictures of the plain white Geneva gown or plain ivory Geneva gown? I tried on the ivory/mocha version, but am curious to see the difference.

You ladies look great!  This is one of my top 4 contenders, and I really think it may be the one.  My concern is that the one I tried on was at least 1 or 2 sizes too big so the top didn’t look quite right and had some serious gaping going on.  Obviously, the right size shouldn’t do this, but I am an A cup so I’m concerned that even in the right size, I won’t fill it out enough.

Any small-chested girls with this dress?

@Jaynee- I am also an A cup!  I think that with the right fit and the help of the corset back the chest area will be filled out with the little bit that we’ve got!  haha.

i’m also an a cup and am loving this dress (and ruby and vogue royale)  i’m planning on wearing either a very well padded bra or ‘chicken fillets’ to enhance what i dont have.  also having the neckline rounded off a bit more into a proper sweetheart gives a really good effect of having more than you actually do and when done up properly it hugs you and does not gape.

I’m so happy all of you girls love the dress as much as I do!  🙂

Ok, I’m in need of some advice… I’ve decided my BMs will be wearing chocolate brown dresses from Ann Taylor and I was thinking of having the guys wear a lighter brown/khaki-ish color suit.  Do you think these colors with my dress (which is the ivory/mocha) will all complement each other?

@jenniferlynn84: I think that will look amazing!  I’m having a hard time with colors because of the colors of this dress and I think browns are the way to go.  I had already decided eggplant was going to be my main color so I’m sticking to that and crossing my fingers 🙂  But, our guys were going to wear light gray suits and we’ve changed that to khaki/tan because of my dress…Fiance has had a hard time adjusting to the idea.

@Jaynee: Thank you!  I think eggplant Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will look beautiful!  Khaki suits will complimant your dress and the BMs, it’ll look great!  We actually went and tried on suits today and I’m really torn between khaki and dark brown.  I took a picture of my dress with me and both colors looked great.   My concerns are if I go with dark brown suits there will be too much brown with my brown Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses but if I go with khaki suits there maybe too many colors going on at once… ugh, decisions decisions!
