The same thing is going on with my Enzoani dress… It was supposed to be here in July, then the end of July, then the end of August, and I just called today and it “should” be here in about 10 days. 🙁

@bmorebride11:  My Maggie took over seven months to come in.  How long has it been for yours?

@GreenEyedMoon:

Me too. They can rush them if needed. I don’t think they ever miss a wedding date. Don’t fret. Just keep on them!

@bmorebride11: I ordered mine on October of 2010 and it’s expected delivery was June 2011 and I just received it 2 weeks ago! Don’t worry, you will get it!

Maggie Sottero recently announced they would be pushing out their delivery schedule. It had something to do with their production company. We are still waiting on samples that should have been in weeks ago but they never have missed getting a bride her dress. Just stay on top of it with your local shop, best of luck!

wow… i didn’t have an issue, but mine isn’t from the new collection. i also did the rush cut… I paid in full on July 25, and it came in August 29… (my mom wanted me to do the rush cut because she wants to have me do bridal portraits before the wedding and have them edited and printed up early–therefore i have to alter the dress on an earlier schedule)

I ordered mine in January and it arrived in the shop mid June, about a week after my quoted date. My dress isn’t from a newer collection, though, so I’m not sure if that matters or not?

I can’t imagine them missing a wedding, so just keep on your shop!! Good luck!

I ordered my Maggie in February and got it in June. I actually got it earlier than expected. I am sure you will get it. Keep us posted!

Not to cause panic. But my dress was supposed to ship Aug 22 and available for pick up the following week. Its Sept 6th, and still no dress. I called the bridal salon today. She said they are experiencing extreme delays. My dress has not even shipped yet and it is in 3 weeks. She contacted a manager at the wearhouse and is trying to get my dress bumped into the next shipment since my wedding is so close. She said they have a bride that was supposed to get her dress July 22 and still doesn’t have hers- thankfully she still has time before her wedding! I would advise all anyone waiting on their dress to contact their bridal salon and check it out-especially if their wedding date is coming up!!

  This thread is making me a little worried!

  I ordered a Sottero and Midgley dress in July, and they quoted me 9 months (so, arrival will hopefully be early April). That would give us about 10 weeks before the wedding. I was hoping that they were padding the date, but now…it doesn’t seem like it. A lot can happen in this time, so I just need to push it out of my mind for a few months.

I think they schedule shipping times based on when your wedding actually is. I ordered mine in May and was told there was plenty of time to get it in by September. You have 5 months longer than I did, so I am sure it will be fine. If anything you could tell the bridal salon your date was moved up if you wanted to make sure they get it in sooner.

I went to a Maggie trunk show 2 weeks ago and they told me Maggie isn’t accepting any Rush orders going forward right now and gowns are taking 6 months +. Sounds like they have too many orders!
