Here are a few photos from my wedding this past weekend! I absoltely LOVED my dress!
Ladies!! I’m going to put a deposit down on this dress tomorrow! Yay!! I just wanted some advice though… Did any of you who wore this dress have difficulty moving around & dancing?? It’s hard to tell from the sample as it is so long!! Also did any of you have the layers of netting taken out?? 🙂
Has anyone with a smaller bust purchased this dress and had to have it altered? If so, how did it work out?
I just wanted to post on here that I have chosen this same dress for my wedding in March 2016. I am absolutely in love with this dress! Everyone ooooed and awwwweeed over it when I came out when I was trying on dresses making it an easy choice to pick out. I am not a princess per se type of girl. More of a low key relaxed type but I wanted a ballgown for my wedding. I knew I wanted tht for sure. I am just a little concerned about the boob area. I do not want me girls flopping all over the place in my dress. I want them up and secure and not a ton of cleavage. I am a 36d so I am hoping when I get my dress in we will be able to alter it to make it look good in the boob department!
I bought this dress in silver for my November 2014 wedding. I had cups put in the top and also removed two layers of tulle to de-pouf it just a little bit. It was very easy to move around in too. I absolutely loved my dress!!
Hello ladies, I was wondering if any of you had the Maggie Sottero Esme size 4 for sale. I’m getting married in September of 2017 to my best friend. I’ve fallen in love with this dress but am unable to find it elsewhere for a decent price. In love with the dress, not the price.. I hope one of you could help me make my special day as special as each of yours was. I know this post is a little out of date but this is my final hope. Thank you so much, and all of you looked fantastic in yours!
Hello! I tried on and fell in love with this dress in December 2013 and was married July 2015. I came on here every so often hoping brides would post pictures. Despite this thread being a bit old, I thought I would return the favor to anyone who would be wearing this dress in the future.
I absolutely loved this dress- it was comfortable (I could eat and dance no problem), it moved and draped beautifully, and it sparkled! I also loved that it had gold on the bodice as that was the general color of my wedding. I am a bit taller so I had 3 inches added onto the bottom of the gown.
Adrianamhoward, I wish I could help but I wore a size 10. The dress runs small if that helps. If you wear a 4, maybe you could find and fit into a used 6 or even an 8 and have it altered.
Hi everyone! I am selling my Maggie Sottero Esme in size 6 if anyone is interested… Only wore it for 2 hours for a church ceremony! Just look me up on Pre-Owned Wedding Dresses and send me a message! It is the one priced at $825. Thanks 🙂
