In general, I prefer the zip/button look rather than Corset, but that’s a personal thing.  The corset will give you more flexibility, but my gut is that even with the corset, you’d still need to get the dress taken in a bit.  Not too sure though! Gorgeous dress!

I’m not going to promise for sure, but I would think that if you are needing to size down, you will still have to alter the corset back.  You’ll want the lacing far apart enough at the bottom to cinch it, and you may not get that with a larger size gown. 

Beautiful dress, though!

I think the button/zipper back will look better.  I don’t like the look of corsets at all though.
