@pmahony: I was a Gatsby bride and just got married on 9/10/11. Here are a few shots of my dress. (Mine was Champagne over light gold with pewter accents)

I got so many compliments from guests (people that I would have never expected to notice a dress.) I felt honored to wear the Gatsby on my big day. So many people said it fit our venue and vintage theme perfectly. LOVE the Gatsby and I hope all the other Gatsby brides have a perfect day wearing it like I did ๐Ÿ™‚

@rmarie3:  Hi Marie ! I am thinking about ordering the champagne/gold Gatsby now that I see your pictures and It looks stunning with natural light (It looked darker in the store). I was wondering what colour is your veil ? Thank you for helping me ๐Ÿ™‚

@sundaystyles:  This dress is around 1200 UK pounds (here in the UK). I guess is cheaper in the US, It might be around 1000 dollars. Have you tyr on this dress ?

THE DRESS IS AWESOME… LOVE IT…   I WOULD BE TRUE TO THE NAME AND STYLE OF THE DRESS AND STAY WITH SOME PERIOD STYLE (ART DECO) JEWELRY TO COMPLETE THE LOOK.  FABULOUS.  CONGRATS…

Wow the pictures that have been put up look great… I brought my Gatsby on ebay… I fell in love with it when I went to collect it, its absolutely gorgeous.  The bride didnt know the name of the dress and I only just found out through looking at the Maggie website… At least I know its genuine now!!! : )  I thought the dress would be just perfect for my beach wedding next year as its such a simple style but still bling!! Mines ivory and pewter, i seems to have a really antiquey look to it which just adds to the vintage look I wanted.  Hope I do it justice!!! x

@Thelongestengagementever:  I have the ivory/pewter Gatsby too! I saw it online and tracked it down to a small bridal store near Oxford over a year ago. I get to wear it next month! I’m still torn on whether to use the straps or not though ๐Ÿ™‚

Enjoy your dress!

@floralgypsy:  Congrats on that!! It seems to be very difficult to get hold of…. Are you wearing a petticoat at all?  I was thinking about trying to give the sillohette a little more oooomph but I’m not sure what kind of petticoat to get… P.S.  Best wishes for your wedding next month!! Smile

@floralgypsy:  PPS…. you could always wear the straps for the wedding and no straps for the reception?! x
