@cmdoherty83: I just ordered the Geneva today! I thought I wanted to alter the neckline but the seemstress said she did it to another one and she thought it looked horrible! I still thought about it… but am afraid to ruin the itegrity of the dress. She was going to look for a pic and if I get it, I’ll post it!

I googled the dress and I really like the neckline the way it is!

Aww I just tried this on yesterday and am seriously considering getting it.  I love sweetheart necklines but I think I would keep the Geneva as is.  Also I talked to the woman about a slip and she said she didn’t think you would need one and after putting on some heels to walk around in it I agreed with her.

HI Ladies, I am also thinking about altering to a sweetheart neckline, seems impossible to find any pics of anyone who has done it, however i did just see this pic go up from a “real bride” on the Maggie Sottero website and it definitely looks like she has altered it – check it out: http://www.maggiesottero.com/viewBride.aspx?Id=13108&backUrl=%2fdress.aspx%3fstyle%3dJ1367

What does everyone think, i think it looks quite good… more confused than ever now!

I left mine with the scoop neck and I’m really happy with that decision!  I thought for sure I wanted it changed to a sweetheart, but I just think that it doesn’t look quite right, almost like it’s obvious that it’s no the way it was made.
