I love love love my dress and paid way too much for it but got a huge discount on it anyway. I am getting married in a chapel and the reception will be at a hall, and i’m really not sure if I should add a bustle to the chapel train for dancing, etc. What do you guys think? Will it be a pain in the butt if I don’t get that train off the floor?

@gracetravel: I would bustle it, it’s light so the bustle shouldn’t be too bad. You run the risk of people stepping on it and it tearing/getting dirty if you don’t bustle it for the reception.

@gracetravel: I would always suggest bustling a train (even a smaller one). If you plan on dancing then it is almost a must have. I know someone who ended up with a concussion, because someone stepped on their train and they took a horrible fall. They had to go to the hospital and everything 🙁 not meaning to scare you, but bustles are very purposeful. They are one of the most practical parts of a wedding gown (besides a zipper!)
