@FutureMrsBohannon: None taken! Thanks for your honest opinion- er whatever that comment was, hehe.

Anyway I think that since your even shorter than me it problably would look even more wierd. I hate that when bridal shops put us up on pedestals it tricks us into thinking we look taller then we are. I saw your other post and yes you look way tall in both dresses but I would worry about the marie making me look short too, idk.

Im pretty sure Randy from Say Yes To The Dress would say both these dresses are wrong us, and would put us in a mermaid type dress but we like different huh.

Either way this is the dress I be wearing! Especially since it was an arm and leg…pretty much, ha.

btw: I scored a rhianna royal for less then nothing, I will be wearing both!! I look short in it too…thats just my fate..lol.

thanks SparkleShine and Lovemyfuturehub

@SparkleShine: Hey I just had my final fitting for mine and i’m using a flimsy hoop underneath  that way it isn’t to poofy. And girl you need to find a new seamstress! I had mine taken up, taken in, wires taken out, and pads put in with a 5 point bustle for less than 125! And about the bust thing, I hated it cuz I had back fat galore if they tried to tighten it enough so that there wasnt a gap in front. I ended up taking out the front wires in the chest area and it REALLY helped along with taking it in on the sides. With the wires out, and a cup put in plus some nice silicone sticky bra from good ol walmart My A cup tatas had some cleavage! I know its scary to get the wires taken out, but it changed the sweetheart neck line to be softer and the chest gap to go away!

@lockha: Grooms attire is a sore subject for me because mine does not want to wear a tan suit!! Or anything tan for that matter and that is what I was thinking looked good with my dress which is the alabaster ivory color. Though I guess it would be too much ivory-ish tan color going on. idk

Ours is a church ceremony then outdoor everything else but I think that if your wedding is indoors then a black suit is fine although my Fiance is wearing (lightly) pinned black stripped slacks, a white dress shirt with a black vest (not sure on the tie yet maybe white). No suits though- will be too hot!

I went back and forth on the white shirt but at this point it doesnt matter anymore, lol.

I dont have bridesmaids so I cant give my input there.

and grrr, about the bust area, my seamstress will not take out the boning! She said that would make the top droop and I will be forever pulling it up.

@nbelle:

Im just worried that my dress will look yellow if he wears white. and ya no tan suits here either more like a char black. And thats silly, I Have NO boobs or bum to hold the dress up and it stayed just fine, If it is fit good and tight enough around the waist it is not going anywhere. plus a little doublestick tape always does the trick!

Isadora Ladies! I had my first sighting of an Isadora bride at a real wedding. It’s on the Ruffled blog. I didn’t notice it at first and then was shocked to finally see that gown as the real deal ๐Ÿ™‚

Huge pictures sorry and ignore the shirts (trying out colors), oh and ignore my dream blue dress in the back ;)…. Anyways this is without the wires. It lays alot better on you chest and still lookes the same just not as pointy of a sweetheart. It stayed up just fine and was even better because it gave me some tatas and i didnt have to worry about me bending backward and the wire/dress staying in ithe same spot while my chest was exposed!
