It is true, it’s an effortlessly flattering kind of dress! I loved wearing it! We just had an engagement/commitment ceremony 2 weeks ago, and our wedding will actually be next year. I ended up going without a veil this time around. But I am considering using this same dress for the wedding next year, now that it’s aquired some sentimental value, and maybe adding a cathedral veil for the dramatic effect. Though I really liked some fingertip veils I tried on as well.

I just bought this dress in the diamond white over nude, now I have a few questions for you girls. What color did you match your fiance’s clothes to, since there are the two colors? Also what colors did you have your wedding colors, because my sister thinks bright colors wont compliment this dress well.

Thanks ladies ūüôā

Hi beccsta – I had cream and peach roses. My fiancee wore a charcoal suit.

If anyone is interested, I am selling my diamond white over nude size 0. It has some alterations: hemmed to 5 foot 5 inches height, plus 3 1/2 inch heels, sweep train, sewn-in bra cups, bustle. I did catch my heel in the tulle in two places at the bottom, so this would be ideal for a petite bride who plans to have the dress hemmed about 4″ anyway, although not really visible as is either because of all the pleats and layers.

I am selling my Maggie Sottero Patience dress in Diamond White over Nude size 4. I bought this dress for my wedding then unfortunately decided to wear a different dress. This dress is an absolutely stunning tulle sheath gown with lace appliques on the bodice. The waste line is beautifully detailed with Swarovski crystals. The dress has a sweetheart neckline and corset back. It has the sweep train and the only modification is the addition of an optional bustle. I am 5’9″ so it needed no modifications to the length but due to it’s materials could be easily hemmed to fit any height. This dress has never been worn so it is truly flawless. Please contact me if you would like more information. Original price was ~$1250.

I wore this dress for a destination wedding.

I wore bridal white sparkly toms (I didn’t want sandals to get sand in my shoes). ¬†They looked super cute and were amazingly comfy.

I wore the shoes above with the tulle wrap. The brand if I remember correctly is called Something Bleu, I think it’s Canadian. BHLDN used to carry these shoes and other similar ones.
