I poured over this blog looking for someone who added sleeves. Unfortunately there were none. So I went into this blind, with only the images in my head to calm my anxious heart. Finally when she returned from the tailors I was brought to tears at this beautiful perfection that was held in front of me. And when I slipped on my size 12 (I was encoraged to buy a 14 but thought the smaller size would help with my motivation) and those lace sleeves slipped into place I couldn’t hold back my amazement. So worth it! For those brides who want to add a romantic touch to their Maggie I hope this pictures will give you something to go by. Also there are pictures of my moditified french bustle.

Omg, I love it! I tried Geneva on last weekend and it ended up in my top 3. I’m going back for a re-fitting in a month and the possibility of adding cap sleeves is a big factor in my final decision. Glad it worked out for you! The dress is stunning.

Wow gorgeous I LOVE the added sleeves 🙂 makes the dress unique 🙂 I was a “I don’t want strapless dress like the bride in every other wedding I have been to” so I love seeing dresses that are different 🙂

Beautiful! I’ll be adding sleeves to my Geneva as well (though they will probably be longer), so it’s encouraging to see how nice it looks. Thanks for sharing!
