Honestly I’d go the Vistaprint route over the DIY Michael’s route.  I only paid for shipping for 150 STD magnets, which ended up being like $5.  I’m super happy with the way they turned out.

Hey DATE TWIN!!!!!!!!!  fun 🙂

The magnet is standard business card size.  Not huge, but not tiny.  All of the text and details are easy to read.

There are different sizes, but business card size fits easily in an envelope. I did this size, but DIYed them with magnets from Staples since VistaPrint has such a long shipping time.

@bellagio:  How long was your shipping?  I’ve waited a bit for their other products before, but these came in less than 2 weeks.

I also plan on using Vistaprint for my STD magnets, I don’t think I would wnt to do the Michael ones since I’ve been getting alot of stuff from Vista Print.

If you’re looking for budget friendly and excellent costumer service, check out http://www.123print.com. I mistyped the month on my magnet but didn’t catch it until I had the whole order. I emailed them, and with no questions asked, I was able to fix the typo and change the wording a little. No charge and free shippping.

We got STD magnets from magnetstreet.com. We put a photo on and it came out looking really nice. I think with shipping and enveloped and everything about $1 per magnet.

I used 123prints and they turned out really well!  I think it was about $120 for 320.  I liked them because you can pay $5 for a real person to look over your design and let you know if there might be a problem.  I had ordered vistaprint ones initially, but they didn’t turn out that great.  I think it’s because I used several photos and vistaprint’s DPI is 300 but 123print’s is 600.  And the shipping is much better with 123prints.
