@mandauhhxo:  My Maid/Matron of Honor is wearing the same dress as everyone else, just different jewelry.

She planned my shower. She helped me pick out the Bridesmaid or Best Man dress. That’s it.

My Maid/Matron of Honor is wearing the same dress as the other girls but with a couple of different details and her bouquet will be bigger than the others. She’s planned my shower and bachelorette and been on my dress shopping and fitting trips so far. She’s awesome! But for all of those trips, I tell her it’s optional to come – only if she has time and wants too. She’s already doing a lot and I don’t want to make her feel pressured!

My MoH has no responsibilities. My mother and I are taking care of everything.

My MoH *IS* wearing a different dress only because she liked it more. It’s the same color as the other three dresses.

I have 2 MOH’s. They’re planning my bachelorette party. As their both busy ladies, I wouldn’t dream of expecting their help with anything else. And all my ladies are wearing different dresses, but nothing to set them apart.

@mandauhhxo:  My Maid/Matron of Honor wore the same dress as my BMs, and a different necklace, though there have been lots of weddings where the Maid/Matron of Honor wore a different dress. I think it kind of depends on your own preferences! 😀

She’s wearing the same color/fabric, but a different style (but all of the BMs are wearing different styles). She’s writing a speech, planning my bachelorette, doing something with one of my showers (? maybe? lol no idea), and checking Goodwills for a big frame that I’m looking for.

I was my sister’s Maid/Matron of Honor and we all wore the same color/fabric but different styles. I planned her shower, her bachelorette weekend, helped make decorations, ran around like a madwoman the morning of the wedding picking up forgotten shoes/jewelry/making sure she ate, gave a speech and tried to stay out of the way when got crazy..lol

My Maid/Matron of Honor is wearing the same dress as everone else. As far as “responsibilities”, I am have not given her any as I don’t expect her to do anything for me! I am sure she will want to be involved in planning the shower/bachelorette party though.
