We didn’t have Bridesmaid or Best Man or Maid/Matron of Honor, simply because hubs couldn’t decide on Bridesmaid or Best Man, and I would have picked my sister as Maid/Matron of Honor. I would check how it is in your state, because here you don’t need a witness, hell the only person who actually signs your license is the person marrying you!

I’m going to have my MoH sign a contract =O I’m so sorry this happened to you, I agree that having a Bridesmaid or Best Man step up will gilt her (and the BM’s you didn’t chose) but they are your friends so use your own discretion!

That stinks! Sorry to hear that. What happened? Did something happen at the party? What reason did she give you? What a bad friend:(

First Im sorry this happened to your friendship and your wedding.

Now with that being said I dont think you NEED a Maid/Matron of Honor you can just have bridesmaids. If you want to ask someone to take her place though, you can. The best man can walk alone.. or the best man another groomsman and one bm can walk together. It doesnt have to be even. It will give the processional charecter lol
