I would go with the chicken and salmon!

I love halibut and would pick that. I can’t decide on second choice other than I hate duck.

ukitali : lovely options. I’d go with ribeye and duck.

Personally I’d choose salmon or snapper. The food sounds amazing at this place!!
For most appealing to the masses, I’d probably do the salmon and the ribeye.

I think these four would be your best bet:
Roasted Local Halibut OR Roasted Wild King Salmon
Roasted Free Range Chicken OR Roasted Ribeye

Unusual to see no vegetarian/vegan option. Is there any provision for veggie, dairy-free, gluten free etc?

Salmon and chicken. I’d personally prefer a beef/steak to chicken, but I know some people won’t eat that.

sensiblesusie : We’ll definitely have a vegan/vegetarian option. We need to pick two options in addition.

ukitali : Either roasted salmon, free range chicken or ribeye. But I think for most people, chicken and beef are better options than fish or beef.

ukitali : It sounds like you’re near the ocean, so fresh seafood is a special, fresh local choice. I think that salmon is a pretty safe choice. Probably rib-eye, because you can’t go wrong with steak. But personally, I would choose lamb if it was just for me, haha.

ukitali : Chicken & Beef. Even after reading the descriptions, still voting chicken & beef. I personally love fish (except for salmon) and that snapper looks awesome. I’d order myself that at a restaurant, but chicken and beef are wedding staples for a reason.

If fiancé and I were the guests at your wedding, he would order the chicken and I would order the pork tenderloin.
I do agree with everyone that steak is normally a great choice, but if the coordinator made specific mention that the chef rarely cooks beef, it might be a gentle way to say, he is bad at it, so don’t select it!

Salmon and chicken. A lot of people don’t like red meats or seafood but salmon and chicken are safe bets.
