You can lift weights to gain muscle and maintain. Weigh yourself and measure monthly to make sure you aren’t gaining losing. keep a food diary. If you can afford a nurtisonist to help with your goals.

I am wondering if your metabolism has slowed down now you are in your mid twenties?

I gained weight this time last year but I think that is just thyroid related….

Id suggest a light exercise plan something small like 5 times a week for only 30 min. include weightlifting 2 times a week to build/maintain muscle. And don’t change your diet! If it isnt broke dont fix it! Weigh yourself periodically and if youre losing or gaining adjust your plan ie.less days of working out or if gaining change your diet up. good luck

ps: everyone whether trying to lose gain or maintain weight should be working out 5 days a week for at least 20-30 min a day to keep your body healthy
