I am having a major crisis with my dress and the bridal shop I purchased it at. When I originally went shopping for and bought my dress, everything was awesome. I had great service etc. One thing that was strange was when I had the sample dress on, instead of measuring me the seamstress came up behind me and said you only need one size bigger. Well I am/was a swimmer, and knowing this I have BROAD shoulders. Of course when the dress came in (7 months later) it would quite do up at the top because of my shoulders but fit perfectly everywhere else. My dress came in at the beginning of August and I went in to check on it last week (the city I bought it in is 2 hours away) and they haven’t touched it, and they basically brushed me off. I am really started to worry, as I paid $1500 for my dress, and I don’t want to have to look for a new one if they don’t get their Sh*t together. The won’t give me an ETA of when it will be done. Any suggestions of what I should do?
