I love this dress , usually I do not like dresses that have silk but it looks amazing on you !!!! and you cannot beat the price. I would stick with it but ultimately its up to you. I ended up regretting my dress but thats more because I put on weight I loved the dress but hated the way it looked on the day.

Well I love it , and I think you look marvellous in it . I voted 1 , though I can’t see what you would want a seamstress to do, frankly!
I agree with the pp who said it suits your venue much better than the pictured floaty ones., which are a tad young girly I think ( not that there’s anything wrong with that ….)

I think the dress is stunning on you and perfect for the venue. A little sparkle at the waist and on a headpiece and jewelry would be really pretty, even without the veil after the ceremony.

You should really check out Church Street Bridal on facebook and email them what you are looking for, they have some amazing dresses (I even think they had one of the ones with the petals on it) for great prices and the proceeds help domestic violence victims so win win all round 🙂 The dresses are donated by boutiques, including Kleinfelds.

I love that dress! AND I think it suits you so well. I wouldn’t change it if I were you.

I love your dress!! It doesn’t look heavy and clunky, it looks like thick, luxurious and expensive material. I would never have guessed that it cost 200 dollars! I think it looks more formal and classic than the ones you were imagining. Maybe you could add a belt or something, but I would keep it like that!

I actually just got back from a consult with my seamstress who is going to work some magic and complete rework the front of the skirt into something totally unique and special. I’m so excited to see it when it’s done. I’ll post photos! Thanks everyone for all your suggestions and input!
