@MistyBee:  So if you dare be friendly with 1st wife the 2nd wife will pay you back for it.What an absolute bitch to try to turn your whole family against you. Her husband should be pulling her ass up and telling her to get over herself!

Wow. Your Mother-In-Law is a CUNT. That’s just ridiculous. I’m so sorry, but it’s great that your husband supports you.

@MistyBee:  I am so sorry for what you are going through.  I have wondered if this happens to people that post here. Years ago, I created an account for my own wedding and then just recently this new account for a wedding that I’ll be a Maid/Matron of Honor in just to make sure that streams never cross.  I see people often complaining about Future Sister-In-Law or BMs who are also getting married and I wonder how many of them read the vants about themselves.

I’m sorrry you’re dealing with the fallout, but it’s a good cautionary tale for people to be more vague here than they are.

And this is why I wish WeddingBee didn’t a) have that only 3 post delete rule and b) cannot delete your account. I don’t want people who have too much time on their hands digging up drama.

So sorry to hear this happened.

I feel bad for you, but honestly this is the type of thing that can and WILL happen on the internet. I’ve always used an alias instead of my name. I use this alias for every account I own, and it’s never linked with my own personal accounts. Even my facebook doesn’t have my real last name. Why? Because while most people are harmless, there are some serious stalkers out there, you never know when you’ll pick one up. It’s best to protect your indentity the best you can.

And, you know, don’t talk shit about people who would be super mad about you doing so [the inlaws].

@MistyBee:  ummm….. thats stalker status. Dont know where you live, but in California, that’s an offense. Stalking and bullying is serious.

@MistyBee:  this is literally my worst nightmare  because I saw someone else’s post on that other wedding website and she did not know I lurked there. I am sure she didn’t want me to see what she was writing and I would be so upset if she or anyone else figured out who I was from my postS here. Trap for the unwary I guess- don’t recommend wedding bee to others! She used her actual name though and i wasn’t trying to find her. I think it is crazy that they went out of their way to find you. How did they find so much time??

You should suggest to this woman that she seek professional counseling for her issues, whatever the hell they are. This is crazy behavior.

@MistyBee: That is terrible.  One of my posts got me into hot water – although in a very different manner than you.  I’ve realized how careful I really have to be.  I cannot believe she did that – it’s really really awful of her.  I can’t believe that your family didn’t see what a venegeful thing it was she did.

you can have the old account deactivated/deleted which will get rid of the threads (I believe) unless you reactivate.

You can put in a support request.
