Ok so here’s the low-down…my father passed away 2 years ago, I have 2 brothers (matt=full brother; jason=half brother) I think of them the same and am close to them equally….I also have a step father that has been in my life for over 12 years now…
I do not know who should walk me down the isle…my full brother Matt, really wants to and would be hurt if he didn’t, but then I think Jason would be hurt too….I would have both of them walk me but my husband needs them to be in his wedding party…So I was just going to have my step dad do it and I told Matt that, and he was/is very hurt….should I just have my mom walk me down the isle or Matt? I need suggestions :/

@kweber: If Matt would not be upset to share this role with Jason, I would ask both of them to walk you down the ailse, and after “giving you away,” step to the side to join the rest of your FI’s groomsmen.
ETA: And I would have your stepfather walk down the aisle with your mother.

I would have your Mum do it.

@Brielle: Like this idea. FWIW, one of my BMs did the music and joined the line of BMs when I joined my husband at the alter.

If your brother is already upset about it, why not have him do it? He’s your closest blood related sibling, and it sounds like he’d be honored. That’s what I’d do.
