Ok, I know that I should have ordered my Heel Stoppers for my outdoor wedding sooner than a week before, but I didn’t. Good news is they arrived today (ordered Monday). Bad news is BOTH sizes are too big. I absolutely love my shoes, and I customed dyed them so I can’t return them anyway 🙁
Should I just hope and pray they don’t sink? Who wore heels to an outdoor wedding?

if the heel covers are too big, I think the only choice you have is to hope and pray you dont sink.
I am getting married outdoors as well, and was really worried about the whole getting stuck in the grass thing. I have seen PRO photos of brides with dirt and mud on her heels from walking thru the grass, and i think those little heel cap things look absolutely rediculous (no offense to anyones personal decision to wear them) I eliminated the entire issue altogether and bought some sexy wedges 🙂
Sept 4th will be here in a minute, congrats and good luck!

I know nothing about these, but can they be trimmed?

I am wearing heels to my outdoor wedding in grass and am not too too worried about it. I have done this as a bridesdmaid in 3 other weddings and you might sink a little, but I’ve never experienced sinking too bad. Just hold on to the person you’re walking with and try to put most of your pressure on the front of your feet and not your heals. You should be fine! 🙂

@travelerkate: Can’t you go to a local store and get the clear ones? I purchased a pair at Target and they aren’t very noticeable, especially if you are wearing a long dress.
