Just over one week to go until the wedding and the person who was supposed to set up our intimate ceremony for 20 people and reception to follow has cancelled because she just doesn’t feel like doing it anymore. What kind of professional does that? Other than having a cry and deciding I will have to style it myself what else can be done? They don’t seem to care about bad reviews because they just delete them from their page so other brides will no doubt get burned too. I should have seen the warning signs earlier but everyone kept telling me that I should trust the people we hired to be professionals. Well I will never doubt my gut feeling again.

I’d spam the crap out of them with bad reviews, over and over. Yelp, FB, Twitter, Instrgram. Screen shot once you reply too, to show they removed them. Hell have no fury like a bride just before her wedding day!
Can you get your deposit back? Do you have email records of their lack of business skills? I’d fight for every penny back! So sorry you are going through this.

you can review them on other sites that they can not delete from.
Yelo, wedding wire, etc
there is even a vendor review tab on the bee!

I definitely agree with reviewing them everywhere you can. There are many other couples planning beautiful weddings that should know better than to give them the time of day!

take a minute. Nothing has to be done right now.
After the wedding write a calm, factual review on Yelp, Wedding Wire, etc. Keep emotion out of it.
I had a really bad experience with one of my vendors and learned a great deal about writing a bad review.

I absolutely would let other people know about that, luckily you were gungho enough to take matters into your own hands but there are other people who would be truly devastated by this:( Also, a commitment is a commitment I would be FREAKED out and PISSED if one of my vendors did this.

Would you be willing to share what your experience with writing a bad review was? Not who it was about or anything, just what came as a result of writing it.
