I’m having 6 people over for dinner and need a menu that can be made the night before (and then reheated).
I was thinking about slow-cooker pulled pork… but there is something about making pulled pork that strikes me as a potential fail (might be too spicy for some, too sweet for others). But, I love the make ahead aspect.
Do any other main courses come to mind for a make ahead dinner party?
Sides and desserts that are company worthy are also welcome!
ETA: My other idea is beef short ribs… since I can cook them the night before and just reheat… but I’m thinking they might be heavy for a hot summer evening (even though we’ll be dining inside with a/c).
