A lesson for $60 sounds totally worth it!  I’d love to do something like this!

I definitely loved having a pro do my makeup on the wedding day.  It cost around $120 to have it done.  If you think about it, spending $60 on a lesson, and probably a bunch on products, you might come out ahead by just hiring a pro, and you won’t have that stress on the day of.

If you have a steady hand and a good eye for blending, I’d definitely give DIY makeup a shot!

I agree with Penguin.  A Lesson for $60 is definitely a steal.  Most places will charge you a couple $100 for the lesson, but if you are looking to do the makeup for your wedding.

You can also request a mini lesson at the MAC counters especially since they will make you purcahse products anyways this would be a great way to get products and receive a lesson.

I would just suggest hiring a hair and makeup artist since they will already have the materials and colors that you need.  If you happen to get the lesson you may have difficulties with figuring out which products to purchase for your skin type and skin tone. Plus having an artist would also ease the stress on the wedding day.
