What’s your budget? Maybe you can try Hills or kim sung young. They charge hair & makeup for $200… but since you’re gonna be doing engagement session, that will be another $200..(that’s optional) Jessica’s rate is not too expensive actually… I believe it’s only $50-100 dollars difference from all the other K town makep up artists. Try calling Hills… a lot of my clients (even myself) got their make up done through Christine and she’s pretty good…  Good luck!  http://www.mybridestory.com
