Would you ladies be so kind as to let me know what can be improved about my makeup and hair trial? I already thought of a couple things–using a larger barrel curling iron (more natural curls), and maybe more eyeliner/longer lashes. Other than that though, do you have any comments on what I should tell my make-up artist and hairstylist to change/fix on the day-of?
Here was my inspiration for hair:
My hair trial:
You can see the front of my hair and my makeup in these pictures… Don’t ask me why the eye on the right is randomly sleepy. I have no clue, lol

I really love it, especially your eye makeup!!

You look so pretty! And your hair looks great except that (like you mentioned) use a larger curling iron or different technique to get looser, softer curls. I think your eye makeup looks great too – subtle and natural enough while looking dressy. I would suggest trying a softer pink toned lipstick – something with less of a mauve tone.

Instead of using the clip of the hair curler, use a wand or just wrap your hair around the curling iron. you’ll get loose curls that way. And try running your fingers through your curls

I love your makeup, but I think instead of longer lashes, just have them curled up more so you can see them. Other than that, it looks perfect.
Definitely larger barrel curling iron. Or you can use a cone-shaped curling wand? Maybe a tiny bit more volume at the top/back of your head? The front of your hair is beautiful, though.

Makeup looks great, but like a PP said I’d go with longer/slighly more dramatic lashes.
From the front hair looks great, in the back the curls are too tight/ringlety and need to be bigger and a bit looser to match the inspiration btter =)

@toasty: WOW your makeup is so pretty!!
The only thing is that with your hair …..in your inspiration pic the curls are a little looser and the twist is also looser. In your trial pic, it appears earything is just a little too tight. I think the stylist should alternate the size of the curling iron to give your hair a little more dimension in the back instead of the curls all looking exactly the same.

Wow, great job! I agree curl the lashes a bit and I wouldn’t worry about the hair since assuming your hair is straight, the curls are going to become loose throughout the day/evening.
You are stunning!

@toasty: your make up is great, the one eye i think has a touch more of the darker color, I love the look you are going for in your hair, to improve I would play with curlers or curl early in the day so it isn’t so tight, the inspiration picture looks like the girls hair is less curled, maybe find a bee hair stylist and get their advice, and if you dont change a thing it looks amazing!

You look beautiful!! It will look different with your earrings and veil (?). I agree with your own critiques. Fake lashes, maybe a little more bronzer/blush for a more defined cheekbone, and bigger curls. You also could add a small broach in the fold of the pins! Maybe ask your family if anyone has a unique/antique broach you could wear as your something “old”.

Beautiful, the make up artist did a lovely job. I would agree with a previous poster in suggesting false lashes that curl up so they are more noticeable.

I think it looks great, I wouldn’t change a whole lot about it! Your MUA did a wonderful job!

@toasty: Your makeup is gorge! I think they really need to soften your curls. Maybe use a larger barrel? I’m not good with hair…but “soften” is the best thing I can say!

I agree with the bees before me. Your hair and makeup are gorgeous. The ony improvement is with the hair being more loose. Other than that it is perfect.

I agree with everyone, the makeup is awesome! and the curls could be looser.
