(Closed) Makeup Artist with no minimums?

@MissNumbers:  hmmm I’ve never heard of the minimum requirement but I have also never heard of wanting “eyes only” (although I totally get what you’re saying and it makes sense to me). 

Your best bet might be scheduling makeup at a dept store or Sephora (you’ll obv have to go to them) then purchasing some lipstick/eyeshadow and slipping them a $20.

@MissNumbers:  then I would suggest contacting them to see if there is room for negotiation and not going off of their website alone. 

I usually get my makeup done at neimans or Barney’s and have never walked out looking like I was going clubbing. You’d be surprised how many makeup artists work at dept stores as a “day job” to fill in the times they’re not doing TV, weddings, etc.
