You’re lucky – you’re beautiful so you don’t need much makeup! I like the skin and lips. Maybe a touch more rouge and a touch less eye liner. And I’d avoid using eye liner on the inner corner of the eye, I usually stop my eyeliner where my eyelashes stop.

Looks great! The eyeliner is a bit harsh. I would use a dark brown or charcoal grey instead of black so it’s not quite so dark. Also, I might try to find a highlighter with a little less sheen/ sparkle since it might reflect in the photos.

I’m not sure if it is just me seeing things but your face doesn’t appear to match the rest of your body which will give you the “floating head” look in photos.

Perhaps the flash used was severe?

I think it’s a pretty amazing first shot!! I disagree with the others on the darkness of the liner. I think it’s appropriate on the top lid. But try lining your lower, inner lid (water line) with white or a very pale peach and just using the darker liner color beneath your lower lashes. This will create the appearance of bigger, brighter eyes.

I’d go a little stronger on the brow color, a little pinker on the cheeks and definitely pinker/rosier on the lips. You may want to do a dust over your face with bronzer to match your body, too. For an inexpensive option for fair women, I really like Neutrogena’s mosaic bronzer. The light pink mosaic blush from there is amazing on everyone, too.

You’re so cute!

The lip and cheek colors are nice and suit your coloring well.

However, the eyebrows and eyeliner are a little too harsh, try softening the lines a bit – go lighter on the brow color, too.

If you’re using black eyeliner it’s important to smudge a little, otherwise black can be too stark.  You’d look great with lighter eyebrows (brush the pencil line to soften) and dark brown eyeliner instead of black.  Brown makes blue eyes pop!

You have beautiful skin, btw, and gorgeous blue eyes.  😉

Love it! I personally would go lighter on the eye liner and heavier on the brows! I am brow obsessed though! You have gorgeous skin! Very jealous!!

Very pretty!  I like that your eyes are the center of attention and you used a lovely light pink on your lips.  Great choices.

Your lashes seem a little thick with mascara – maybe it’s a combination of liner and mascara in the photo – perhaps try, if you can, a dark charcoal grey liner instead of black and try to get a thinner line.  A liquid liner or a gel liner and an angled brush make it easier to get a thin line.  This may reduce the think/clumpy look of your lashes.

Also, may I suggest a bit more lightness (white or very light pink or silver) eye color at the inside corners of your eyes.  It will make your eyes pop just a bit more.  I used to be a makeup artist and for weddings I always used a product by Tarte that was designed to go on the inner rim/waterline of your eyes.  I would use that to line the waterline then just added a smudged dot of it in the corner as well.  It really brightens the eyes and makes them look larger.  Your lower liner could be thinner and a shade or two lighter.

Overall, you did a great job!

I really like L’Oreal Lineur Intense liquid eyeliner. If you have trouble with it, try applying it on top of pencil liner.
