You’re really pretty, but I don’t think she did a great job. The lips and eyes don’t seem to go together, and she used way too much black for someone with a light complexion! The colours also seem a bit off in the natural light photo.

I LOVE your makeup!! It looks so great. I am getting my makeup done for engagement pictures because I am not good at makeup and I really don’t have the bare face look. I really wish I could go to your makeup artist because she did great work!

Love the Look, but brows are very strong; maybe softer?

Not sure if you need waterline eyeliner.

nicoleylo:  The fading of the color under your neck looks like it doesn’t match your skintone. I hear that you’ll be a bit darker during the summer, but definitely mention this to her or maybe even go in for another trial just to make sure she can match your skin tone perfectly.

I think a smokey eye would be beautiful, but without the waterlne eyeliner and so much black. She did what would be a nice smokey eye on someone with a dark complexion, but on you she needs to ues different techniques to give you the drama you like without too much black.  If you google “smokey eye for blondes” or “smokey eye light complexion” you’ll get some great examples.

The other thing I would reconsider is the lip colour. It’s nice, but doesn’t really fit the “drama” look – so if that’s still what you’d like I’d try either a redder shade OR something that’s more of a dusty rose and less of a pure pink.

Good luck!! Hope you love the end results.

I think the eye makeup could be toned down a bit, particularly the waterline. It looks a little harsh to me. The falsies are a bit heavy to me, too.

Overall you look georgeous and you’re the one who needs to be happy with your look!

You look beautiful. I’m not fond of those eyelashes. I would go smaller 🙂

The eyeliner is too much.  If you do a goofle search, they always say lining your eye up to the center is most flattering…i.e. eyes look larger.

Also, lining on the inside lid makes eyes look smaller, too.

I personally don’t like black eyeliner, but that’s me.  I use a dark grey eyeliner and I feel it is alot softer loooking.

I also think the eyelashes are a bit too much.

You are young and quite pretty, I don’t think you need to overdo it.
