Your eyes are so pretty. Some big black stunning eyelash extensions with light shimmer eyeshadow and a pink lip would really glam you up without it being over the top. i think brides look beautiful with some lip colour, especially since they’re in all white. A little pop of color, the right shade of color, done right can look gorgeous!

greatgatsby26 : I think it looks great, including the lip color. I agree with a PP that the lashes look like they’re causing a bit of droop. Are those false lashes? If so, ask for a shorter strip maybe, or one that flicks up instead of down at the outer corner. The eye shadow could be blended a little more, but it also looks fine as is.

She needs to trim your false lashes. How they are currently makes your eyes look droopy.

greatgatsby26 : No to the lip color, shadow needs to be blended better, and the way the eye makeup is applied (especially lashes) is making your eyes look droopy. She also could have done more overall in terms of highlighting, contouring, and generally applying makeup in a way that suits your face. I would do a winged liner and lashes that flare at the outer corners to lift your eyes (trimmed to fit as PP suggested), a subtler lip color (maybe peachy pink), contour your jawline, and shift the placement of the blush slightly upwards instead of fully covering the apples of your cheeks. The lip color is pretty on you for going out to dinner or something, but it’s very bold and I don’t think it’s flattering enough to merit wearing on your wedding day.
To be honest, if this is your MUA’s A-game, I would consider finding a new one. She doesn’t seem great at technique, choosing colors, or tweaking application to suit different faces.

greatgatsby26 : As some PPs said, I’m not loving the red either.
your eyes are pretty and the eye make up doesn’t do it justice! I think definitely blend more, add some glitter on the lid towards your inner eye? And also curl your lashes with your falsies and add more mascara 🙂
for the rest of your face, I would do some contouring. Add contouring make up down the sides of your nose, the deep parts of your cheek that you can see when you pucker your lips, and along your jaw line, as well as near your hair line. Add high lights down the middle of your nose bridge, under your eyes, chin, and tbone. Then blend blend blend!

I would do a nice pink nude for your lips and false eyelashes
