Willow90:  I think it looks great! The contouring isn’t too much, and the cooler tones in the shadows really compliment your eyes and skin tone. Are you wearing fake lashes? Its hard to tell- if not. I’d add that for the final “pop”

Wow! It’s flawless, did you use airbrush foundation? I love the eyes.  My only tip would be to maybe go a little heavier on the blush, pro photography can wash out some of your colour so you can afford to go a little brighter.

Beautiful! I think I’d go heavier on the lashes and a little bit heavier on the blush. But your skin looks flawless! What foundation was used?

Love the eye makeup and lip color! I would ask your MUA to add a little more blush or maybe a slightly bolder color so you don’t get washed out in photos.

Willow90:  Aww, try not to worry too much about him not liking it. He probably just saw you looking “different” with extra makeup that he’s not used to against your normal clothes and hairstyle. On the day of with your hair done in your beautiful dress the look will come together and all he’ll think of is how beautiful you are 🙂

Willow90:  So when I did my trial, my husband HATED IT. He told me it was SO heavy and I didn’t look like me. After talking to some friends, this seems to be a really common thing. I think that they just arent used to seeing us in THAT much makeup and it looks weird while wearing normal clothes and without your hair done.

Trust me, on your wedding day, he’ll think you look perfect (as my husband did). I think it looks great!

Willow90:  I don’t think they’re too dark at all!

i think the eye makeup is too dark, but keep the lashes and do a more neutral eyeshadow.

I agree with @weatherbug. My sister’ is a make up artist and when I was home over the summer, I’d go with her to her various wedding and prom gigs. It was usually the same thing during the trials. Brides or friends or fiancees thought the make up was too heavy and she would always advise them that she can tone it down for the big day, but not to get worried. It seems to look over the top because its more makeup than you’d typically wear everyday, and without the dress, veil and hair done with accessories and what not, it’ll look very over the top. On the big day, it always comes together flawlessly. She’s always done the makeup the same way on the day of and they loved it and wouldnt want anything less.

I think it looks amazing! I agree with the previous suggestion of a bit more blush, but otherwise I think you look beautiful!
