No tips as I’ve never made it, but I’m sure it will be delish!!! πŸ™‚ I’m currently making homemade shortbread/wrapping presents and watching christmas movies! I couldn’t be happier! πŸ™‚

I’ve only ever made Pioneer Woman’s recipe for brisket and it was super easy and much much more delicious than I expected. That one is impossible to mess up.

Sounds like your Fiance knows what he’s doing with food, so you’ll be okay. Good luck!

I just made brisket last week and it was delish! It was so tender, which is the trick with brisket. I made it in he slow cooker, here’s the recipe I used and I’m sure you can leave the veggies out. The searing was important to keep the juices in:
