O my gosh! I love the front porch!  I want one soooo much…..when we get our next home :o)  Good luck with the offer!  When we put in our offer, they counter-offered, and we accepted–fun times, exciting times!

@Candy_Nee:  Here’s a picture of our new place (barring any problems on Monday).   Did you offer asking price or lower?  We offered lower and then had a counter offer, but it all worked out.

We were pleasantly surprised by the counter offer.  The market is really a buyers market right now, so you should be in good shape!  I hope you get it, because it’s a really cute house!
