I really want to make white chocolate starfish for my wedding favors, but kind of reconsidering because of the florida heat. I was thinking about making them in advance, freezing or refrigerating them and keeping them inside during the wedding and designating someone to bring them out once the reception has started… do you think they will condensate inside the bag or experience any other issues? Has anyone done any trials with chocolates??
